Analysis and Thinking of the Implementary Results Based on New First Treatment System in Shenzhen Community

Abstract

Objective: Based on the survey of patient satisfaction at Shenzhen community health services, in order to compare the patient satisfaction between different communities and groups, to assess the relevance of the first treatment system and patient satisfaction, to inspect the changes brought by the first treatment system in terms of services-demand-side, and to evaluate the implementary results of the community first treatment system.

Methods: Applying localized International Standardization (EUROPEP) satisfaction survey paper to investigate visiting people (1,765 cases) in community.

Results: The patient satisfaction in communities and groups under the first treatment system was significantly lower than the non-affected communities and groups. There was a negative correlation between the quantity of people who took the community first treatment and the patients satisfaction, as the satisfaction dropped while the quantity on the rise.

Conclusion: The community first treatment system aggravated the patient dissatisfaction against service and organization. Therefore the general practitioner service organization should be improved and the incentive mechanism of the community first treatment system should be reformed.
