The comparative review of satisfaction of patients in KHC " Zemun" in depend of method of work of permanent doctor and permanent nurse in 2004. and 2007.yr

Abstract

INTRODUCTION:
The basic dimension of evalution and management of quality of health care is patient satisfaction of getting health care.If we would get informations about personality appreciate with getting health care of patients , we make survay of patient satisfaction with hospital health care in KHC “Zemun ” in November every year.In this work, informations will be used from 2004.yr. and 2007.yr.
AIM:
The purpose of this survey is investigation patient satisfaction of hospital health care in KHC “Zemun ” – Belgrade in 2004.yr. and 2007.yr. in depend on method of work of permanent doctor and permanent nurse in a sense of better management.

METHOD OF INVESTIGATION:
The investigation patient satisfaction with hospital health care is made as comparative review of sections studies, with inquiring of population from oneweekly discharge in November 2004.yr. and 2007.yr.As statistical method is used χ2 test i t-test.

RESULTS OF INVESTIGATION:
It is established the high level of patient satisfaction towards medical staff in the both of years;
The patients consider that the doctors are more loyality to yours own job in 2007.year(93,9% towards 89,5% in 2004. year);
Nurses have higher volume professional characteristic in their work in 2004.yr.-92,6%, towards 81,1%-2007.yr.;
The patients think that the influence of hospital care on patients health is greater, positively more in 2004.yr.-85,8%(2007.yr.-83,8%).

CONCLUSION:
If the patients would be more satisfaction with hospital care in KHC “Zemun ” – Belgrade in future, it would be indispensable to improve management activities at all (better work of nurses and better quality of treatment of patients).
