The World Bank, WHO, and others have initiated efforts to monitor and assess the impact of the global economic crisis on health and health systems. This late breaker will briefly review results of recent discussions and early efforts. We hope to identify others working on this topic or interested in working on it for info exchange and possible collaboration.
